- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to the popular grove osf center for a bad sore throat. I called the office around 8 am and they weren't open yet. So the lady on the phone "looked it up" and said they open at 830. So I waited up (even thought I work 12 hr night shifts) so I could feel better and make it to work that night. Well I called multiple times and said it was closed. So I called again. This new lady said she was so confused as to why they wouldn't answer the phone. So about 2 min later she said " oh, I'm sorry. They open at 9." So I stayed up even longer and finally got to go to the doctors. When I got there, I expected the usual visit and something to help my throat. I didn't get any help besides him saying " you have a sore throat." Like yah thanks. I couldn't havev figured that one out. Not to mention he had a student there who didn't know anything but what questions to ask in what order. Then what really got me is he checked my ears and then proceeded to check my nose with the same dirty ear tube!!! At that point I'm done with this worthless doctors office. Oh and another thing he's been my doctor since I can remember and it's always been the same bs! Also he doesn't like to listen to what you think is wrong with you or how you would like to be treated. For example I also have anxiety attacks and requested medicine to help. He prescribed me this tiny little pill that didn't work since the first time it was used. I told him it didn't work and he says " just give it more time" which I did, Ava out a years worth of waiting and it still doesn't work. I've resorted to just dealing with anxiety attacks and will never go back or recommend doctor sapying to anyone, Or whoever his "student" was.September 29, 2017by Iguana named Kitty
